Manufacturing Facility

A Kaizen has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, with the latest machinery, to build world-class equipment. The component part is equipped with CNC machines such as CNC turret punch press, CNC press brake and NC shears.

The company's toolroom includes a universal milling machine, Apple Grading Machines ,a dynamic balance machine with fan, an electric press, Packing Machine, an automatic spindle grinder, HP Rotary Tiler,a rod straightening machine, a cutting machine and a lathe machine. The manufacturing tables are used for precision fabrication using MIG welding, TIG welding and spot welding.

Quality Assurance

Controls are built into every stage of product realization, including purchasing, inbound quality control, in-process quality control, and final quality control. Materials are purchased from renowned suppliers according to defined specifications.

All materials entering the factory are checked in the IQC (Incoming Quality Control) section, which is equipped with advanced instruments. Every finished machine undergoes strict quality control and inspection at the FQC (Final Quality Control) before being shipped to the customer.

Internal quality

Our Kaizan Agro uses all-wheel drive Apple Grading Machines to evaluate the internal quality of the apple. Light passes through the apple as the fruit passes through the detection zone. Our software analyzes the spectral data (i.e. frequency and intensity) and detects internal browning, water core and other internal defects.

Tests and operational results have shown that our in-house quality performance outperforms the competition and works well on apples, regardless of size or variety.

The Kaizan Agro quality module helps you improve the quality and texture of packaged apples by drastically reducing manual selection costs.

External quality

How many rotten spots does an apple have? What is the percentage of rotten apple and what is the most rotten point?

Our HD cameras allow better visual identification of the shape and context of the fruit. Kaizan Agro accurately finds features such as crown, stem, mold, bruises and scratches. Our grading technology allows customers to quickly establish "variety-specific" grading parameters that provide consistent detection of the most common external defects (e.g bruises, limb rubbing, rust, bird's beak, stroke sun, bitter pit., spots and punctures).

Once the defects are identified, our grading software sorts the apples into different grades (e.g. premium, second, peeler, cut, etc.) based on the threshold values set for the severity, number or area of the defects.

 

 

Color separation

With Kaizan Agro, you can determine what color you want to rate the fruit (for example, the percentage of redness in an apple), based on live feedback from HD + cameras. Images from multiple cameras from different angles can be combined to view the entire area. Therefore, the characteristics of the apple are calculated based on as much information as possible. Ultra-fine color separations are achieved with our intuitive software that allows operators to quickly create or edit color profiles.
